Brandi Glanville may be getting her time in the spotlight. The ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian may have had to take a backseat, while the father of her children married LeAnn Rimes last month, but now she's ready to be heard.
A source tells the new issue of Us Weekly that Glanville is in talks to join Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and that her issues with the new Mr. and Mrs. Cibrian will likely be the focus of her storyline.
"Wouldn't you be upset with them?" asks a source close to the mom of sons Mason, 7, and Jake, 4.
Insiders say that, when Rimes and Cibrian tied the knot on April 22, the two young boys had no warning that the nuptials were taking place.
"They didn't know about the wedding at all," the tailor who fitted the boys' tuxedos told the mag. "When the older one asked, 'Why am I putting this on, Daddy?' his father didn't answer." At the actual wedding, a source says the boys "were so confused," and that Rimes and CIbrian were "too busy partying" to tend to the boys.
But a friend of Rimes' insists: "The boys were told about the wedding three days in advance."
We can't blame Glanville for being bitter about how this all went down. She did defend Cibrian when news of the affair between her then-husband and the singer broke, only to find out that it was all true. Then she had to endure numerous public PDAs and stories about the new couple leading up to their wedding. So, we totally get if she wants it to be her turn to tell her side of the story. But is appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the right route to go? I guess we'll find out soon enough.
