[OOC]Myth Behind the Eyes

Okay people. This is a modern day twist on myth (your choice of myth I.E. Greece, roman.... the such). Here we are normal everyday people that attend collage, high school, work, ya know. The such. We can have a bloodline dating back to the root of our myths or just be a normal person. Here there is no god-modding in anyway. No kills unless decided upon by both parties. Sexual relations must be kept to PMs only or jump the span in which they take place. Keep in mind PG-15 is okay (as long as the cloths stay on and there is no sexual situations) aka cuddling, kissing, passion. I ask that you please post once or twice a day (more is fine). Try to keep the posts to 200 words if not longer. If you can't then this is a place to learn how to. OOC will be spoken in this thread or in brackets after the IC writing is placed. Now... enough rambling.

We are in modern-day Italy where cobblestones still hang around the suburbs of the city and tiny two story houses mark either side of walkways while towards the downtown you see the people from all over the world seeing the sites and buying gifts for loved ones at home. Forbidden stalls line the smaller allies behind fruit and food stands. People wonder the streets in floral shirts and gray suits as they rush on cell phones and spill coffee on their laptops or slacks/skirts.

Personality: Alethia can be bull-headed and seemingly strong. Although she is just a normal seeming being and can break and fall so easy within her own mind throughout the day. She is kind and would feed her last bite of food to a common beggar stranger then herself.

Biography: Being a far distant daughter of Odin she had always had a tough time with life. From the day of birth she was the youngest of four with a single parent. As a toddler she would sit in her crib for hours on end talking to these gods and goddess' her mother knew nothing about. Because of this she was put through therapy beginning at age five and lasting to age fifteen where she had forgotten most of what was tought to her by the gods and goddess'. She grew up through all stages of school without her mother home and her two oldest brother (Twins Joey and Mike) teasing her about her invisible friends, while her youngest, older brother (Andrew) was always there to hold her close and to not tell her to pay no mind to the boys. At age 19 her brother Andrew got in an accident and now lays in a room in comma. Now that she is 23 she works three jobs along with collage just to pay for her brother's hospital bills so he may have hope to see another day alive.
