After moving to my current home of July of this year I've been having several problems with my cell phone reception.? I don't get calls when people say they are calling me and they are not record on my phone so I don't even know when to call them back.? I also have dropped calls and at times not able to make calls.? I've been reporting this problem since the beginning of July.? These are the steps I've taken with no help from T-Mobil.? First level of customer service support said they were checking the towers in the area, the result was that the signal was weak.? I do not live in a rural area; I live 30 minutes from Chicago.? Their fix to the problem was to set my phone from my Wi Fi in my home, through my Internet provider.? Even though they do no pay my Internet provider I went along to see if the problem would change, at this point I'm desperate, but the problem did not change.? Customer Service elevated me to support level two.? They did a hard reset on my phone and also checked to make sure the upload and the download on my phone was sufficient, there were no problems there at my end.? They recommended I find new service with another provider.? I wrote them a Certified Letter that they let me out of my contract without the penalty fee of $400. because support found no problems with my phone or hardware.? It is strictly lack of reception and service where I now live.? The problem that I am now experiencing is causing a hardship on me, personally and financially with my business.? I use my cell phone as my primary source of communication from my home office.? My wife has the same problem with her phone when she is at home.? We have been loyal customers of T-Mobil since 2002 and have always kept our end of the contract by paying our bill on time with automatic withdrawal.? They are not keeping their end of the contract by not giving me the service and the coverage I'm paying for.? My next step will be legal action for the loss of funds and the embarrassment to my business.? I think there should be a class-action law suite against T-Mobile.
